An plantmedicine ceremony is a sacred ceremony in which you consciously participate. A conscious choice to take a next step in your personal self realisation proces.

During a plantmedicine ceremony, you sink deeper and deeper inside to heal, learn, feel, experience and gain insights that are always personally attuned to you. The plant medicine has a deep cleansing effect on all levels. The release of old, very stuck energy and blockades can be expressed in many ways. This can be done, among other things, by purging. All belongs to the process of letting go, but can also symbolically stand for literal surrender.

Everything that no longer serves you can be transformed in many ways and what needs to be embraced and integrated. It brings out what can be seen. This can sometimes be confronting, confusing or painful. You can always ask for help. Help from the (plant) spirits, guides or the guidance. Know that this will pass and try to attune to the contact with yourself, your breathing, your heart, your higher Self or the Spirit. You will receive what you can handle at this moment. Afterwards, this usually creates space and awe for the often healing experience.

That which wants to be seen can also be heavenly, magical and indescribably beautiful. Feelings of unity and deep love. Back to the core of what you really are. Everyone experiences the inner journey differently and this will also be different each time. One can gain visual, emotional, energetic experiences or be touched in a deeper knowing. You can shake and yawn a lot physically / energetically. You can get a mirror in front of it, which increases how you function in daily life. It is, however, a unique experience that can give you a lot.

Sometimes we cognitively know what blocks us and where the pain points are, but by experiencing it at a deeper level during a ceremony and looking at it from a different perspective, we can do something with it in the here and now.  What before seemed impossible.

It is advisable to plan enough space for yourself after a ceremony to integrate it. After about a week, another email will be sent, to see how everyone has experienced it and whether everyone has landed or is still running into somethings. Contact can always be made by email. There is also a private facebook group where experiences can be shared.

After the ceremony there is the opportunity to share experiences while eating a meal. I wish you a beautiful, insightful and healing inner journey.
