True transformation begins within. When knowledge moves beyond the mind and lands in the heart, something deeper shifts. Energetic change happens when perspectives transform, because it has been touched by the layers of our feelings. When we feel it, when we sense it in our whole being, then a much deeper level of understanding awakens within our self. Mind, body and Soul align into a deeper truth we couldn't fully understand before with only the mind.
You may understand that you are the creator of your own reality, but this truth holds many layers and can only be embodied if felt. Deeper understand.
This is where embodiment becomes possible, when we make it our reality through our believe system. By deeper integrating this new level of understanding and release our old thoughts about our reality, existence and the truth of who we are.
To let go of old identifications that will only create the same stories we have lived we must die and give birth to ourself again.
You do not need to raise your frequency or strive to become something else, you only need to let go of what you do not want to be and tune in to become that what you do want to LIVE.
Nothing needs to be achieved. We don't have to "work hard" but rather work together with the HEART. Everything already lives within us. All already IS present in this moment, in this now.
The invitation is simple: gently release what still holds you back from expressing your true essence. Allow yourself to open to who you already are.
